SUSTAINABLE INNOVATIONS PARTICIPATES IN KEY EUROPEAN EVENTS TO PROMOTE SEVERAL EUROPEAN INNOVATION PROJECTS
In November, Sustainable Innovations participated in several key events across Spain, showcasing its role in advancing renewable energy and sustainable technologies. On November 27th and 28th, Communications Manager Daniel Matilla represented the ALFA project at the Future of Biogas Europe 2024 Summit in Barcelona, Spain. This event brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and renewable energy experts to address the challenges and opportunities posed by the growing demand for alternative fuels. At the summit, we highlighted ALFA’s mission to upscale biogas production from livestock farming, aligning seamlessly with the event’s focus on advancing biogas technologies, supporting market growth, and promoting environmental sustainability.
Simultaneously, our head of R&D, Miguel Gallardo Linacero, participated in the Battery Innovation Days event, which was also held in Barcelona. Renowned as a premier forum for collaboration in the European R&I Battery domain, this event provided an excellent platform for Miguel to establish connections and exchange ideas with various EU initiatives as well as to showcase our involvement in multiple European projects. The GIGAGREEN project was featured at the Battery Heroes stand, while the TEMPEST project took part in the EU Ingenious group. Additionally, Miguel disseminated information about other projects where we lead communication and exploitation activities, such as the FASTEST and NEXTCELL projects.
Through initiatives like ALFA, GIGAGREEN, TEMPEST, FASTEST, and NEXTCELL, we continue contributing to emissions reduction, energy security, and economic resilience.
